Professor David Allen Larson virtually presented “Technology and Mediation: Tools for Inclusion” to the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London, England on October 7, 2021. In the presentation, Professor Larson discussed how to improve digital accessibility for persons with disabilities and his experience as the System Designer for the New York State Unified Court System’s Small Claims Online Dispute Resolution pilot project.

Professor Thaddeus Pope was retained as an expert witness in Shavelson v. Department of Health Care Services pending in U.S. District Court Northern District of California. The case challenges the self-administration requirement in the California End of Life Option Act.
