OTHER: 2/5/2024 ABA Resolution 500
Professor David Allen Larson, as a member of the ABA House of Delegates, moved the adoption of proposed Resolution 500 and explained the Resolution to the entire House of Delegates at the ABA mid-year meeting. The Resolution encourages lawyers to increase the use of Early Dispute Resolution (EDR). The Resolution passed without objection. Louisville, Kentucky, Feb. 5, 2024.
